Where and how we work

Flexible working from home or in the office in a central location

Our locations in Munich, Dresden, Cologne ans Vienna are easily accessible by public transport. In Munich, we have a view of the mountains from the top floors of the Laimer Würfel. The Dresden office is located in the heart of the historic old town. During our lunch break, we go for a walk in the Neumarkt-Viertel - that's how central our office in Cologne is. In Vienna, we are located in an up-and-coming neighbourhood with dynamic economic development. The rooms everywhere are bright, large and modern.

Our flexible working hours make it possible for everyone to match their working hours to their personal needs. Mobile working is possible at any time, but then you might miss one of the regular employee events, such as the weekly after-work beer. We celebrate the big events such as the Christmas party or a visit to the Oktoberfest together across all locations. Our doors are open, our managers sit with their teams and the Management Board members also make time for employees' concerns. We take social responsibility and invest in training.

The Development & Production department is responsible for the further development of our solutions and technologies. From advising customers to requirements elicitation, our colleagues support implementation projects through to the realization of customer-specific requirements.

Finance & Organization

The Finance & Organization department is responsible for the commercial processes in the company. Colleagues from Human Resources, Accounting, Controlling and Office work in this area.

The Account & Project Management department supports our customers throughout all project phases and is responsible for both project management and the strategic development of our existing and potential customers. Our team members are characterized by their communication skills and organizational talent.

Sales & Marketing

The Sales & Marketing department faces the challenge of a constantly changing customer environment. Our aim is to generate enthusiasm among potential customers through targeted campaigns and to identify points of contact for our products and services. In Sales, we process the resulting opportunities and organize all activities - from the initial contact to presentation appointments and the preparation of offers through to the conclusion of the contract.
