Bankmagazin has selected the new afb digitizer app as solution of the month.
A new app allows potential borrowers to enter their documents themselves using their smartphone. This should significantly speed up credit decisions.
The processes in traditional financial institutions are not only overwhelming for customers. Even some employees find it difficult to understand the processes within their own company. Digital applications are supposed to provide a remedy, but often make things more complicated because user-friendliness often only plays a secondary role.

The new afb-Digitizer app, on the other hand, aims to make document management in banks much easier. In future, customers will be able to digitize their documents themselves and send them to the bank.
