afb's clients are specialist banks or universal banks that have specialized in certain areas. However, banks and leasing companies that have already focused are also subject to major change processes: "We accompany our customers on this path through innovations and transformations, with cost reduction and thus the optimization of existing processes playing a key role," says the afb partner.
Above all, process optimization means integrating customers more closely into the internal processes of banks and financial service providers. Moritz: "Unlike in the past, where the details of credit, leasing or real estate loan applications were requested manually by the customer and then entered manually into the customer bank's internal systems, the dialog with the customer is now largely automated."
