Change in Board membership at afb Application Services AG

Munich 9 January 2018 – afb Application Services AG (afb), a leading provider of innovative software solutions for digital, integrated omni-business models, announces a change in the membership of its Management Board.

Company founder leaves Management Board - succession arranged

Christian Aechter, one of the company founders and a member of the Management Board since 1995 left the Board at the end of 2017. The Supervisory Board and the other member of the Management Board, Gerolf Dienhold, wish to thank Christian Aechter for the successful and cooperative relationship as well as for his many years of solid commitment and wish him all the best and every possible success for the future.

He is being succeeded by Sabrina von Nessen, who has been working for afb since 2011, most recently as Manager Marketing. Before joining afb she held executive positions at VR-Leasing AG and Triodos Bank N. V. Deutschland. Since 1st January 2018 she has been member of the Management Board responsible for the Finance & Organisation divisions.
