Munich, 9 August 2016 – afb Application Services AG (afb), a leading European full-service provider for the optimisation of the financing business of banks and leasing companies, announces the successful launch of a new online leasing calculator at MultiLease AG.
MultiLease AG, the financing arm of the Emil Frey group in Switzerland, has been using afb’s Credit Management Solution (afb-CMS) to process its credit and leasing business for retail and commercial customers since 2010. To improve its customer service and increase lead generation MultiLease has implemented a new online leasing calculator. In February of this year, following a successful analysis and design phase, the calculator was completed and presented to all dealers of the Emil Frey group during the Geneva Motor Show which took place in March.
With the new leasing calculator users select a vehicle and equipment from the catalogue provided. They then perform and print out a customised calculation based on personal parameters such as preferred duration and leasing instalment as well as current leasing campaigns and residual values. Finally they choose a brand dealer for the calculation and contact details to be sent to. This way dealers can contact prospective customers directly.
Based on service-orientated architecture that makes it easy to integrate, the calculator will be available not only on the MultiLease website but also on manufacturers’ websites and various comparison portals such as Autoscout. Customers can adapt the calculator’s design according to the distribution channel they opt for. MultiLease benefits from additional distribution platforms for its leasing product, dealers gain support from effective lead generation and consumers can obtain leasing quotes for the vehicle they want regardless of time and place.
