Change in the Management Board of afb Application Services AG

Munich, 13 January 2022 - afb Application Services AG (afb), provider of software and consulting solutions for the digitalization of the financial services business, announces a change in the Management Board. Sabrina von Nessen, Board Member for Finance & Organization, is leaving the company at her own request.

Sabrina von Nessen has helped shape the successful development of afb for over 10 years. Since 2018, she has been responsible for Finance & Organization as a member of the Executive Board, prior to which she worked as a manager at afb.

The areas for which Sabrina von Nessen was responsible will be taken over by Gerolf Dienhold and Philipp Oberleitner within the existing Management Board.

The Supervisory Board and Management Board would like to thank Sabrina von Nessen, also on behalf of the employees, for her many years of service and wish her continued success and personal well-being for the future.
