Where does the frustration come from?
When we are invited to companies for an initial interview, this is the picture that emerges in most cases. Semi-digitalized process patchworks with workarounds and manual intermediate steps that have proliferated over the years not only lead to frustration among employees in the specialist departments. This reality has long since reached the boardroom. Are managing directors in medium-sized companies also risk managers, controllers and often entrepreneurs at the same time?
A new approach is needed!
Complying with all the necessary legal requirements without having to take on additional staff and being better equipped than the competition in this highly competitive sector seems to have become an almost impossible task. Medium-sized companies in particular must be able to take advantage of lean structures and processes in order to survive in the market.
Conventional leasing software was in no way able to meet these requirements. Nevertheless, we wanted to dedicate ourselves to this task and completely questioned the concept of conventional industry solutions. Because it was time for a new approach!
Our solution: HENRI - the software platform for modern financial service providers
Our deliberations led us to the common denominator of the three factors of laws, market and technology: flexibility.
Based on our in-house, established solution NC Leasing, which was developed on the ERP platform Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV), we created HENRI. HENRI is our software solution for the leasing industry. And HENRI was developed with flexibility in mind. We wanted to offer our customers the opportunity to act as quickly and flexibly as possible under volatile conditions.
We have achieved this with three configurators in HENRI:
- Product configurator
- Process configurator
- Document configurator
We thus offer our customers the necessary framework to create and adapt financial products (such as leasing or loan agreements), processes (such as approval and settlement processes) and documents (such as offers, contracts, etc.) independently and without programming effort. We make use of the technological advantages of the Microsoft environment and use Microsoft Office Visio to design processes and Word to create documents.
Changes available at the touch of a button - fully integrated platform
As HENRI only requires a single database for all core processes (financing initiation, contract management, financial accounting), this advantage is multiplied as only a single configuration is required for each change. For example, new financial products are available everywhere as soon as they are created in the system - from the point of sale at the partners to correct posting in financial accounting. This completely eliminates the need to re-create/re-configure in secondary and third-party systems (e.g. portal system/accounting system).
