    Flexible maintenance of content and individual management of property data

    Dynamic and volatile financial markets require flexible and direct control of financial and system parameters in order to be able to react quickly to dynamic market requirements. With the Administration solution, a wide range of system content and parameters can be maintained independently by the provider and made available to users exactly when they need them. This allows users to independently control the credit process. In addition to the central management of financial products (conditions and marketing plans), the solution also manages object data, user rights, languages, layouts and outputs.

    A solution that adapts exactly to your needs

    • Extensive product configuration
      Convenient input aids are available for defining and providing product data (e.g. interest rates, terms, residual values, insurance factors and usage types). All marketing plans offered by the financial services provider are maintained centrally and dynamically via the products.
    • Object catalogs
      For object types for which we do not provide a dedicated, pre-maintained data catalog, the solution offers an object catalog for any object and product structures. This can also be synchronized with external customer catalogs or initially imported.
    • Exchange rates, interest rates and VAT
      The maintenance of exchange rates, base interest rates (Euribor, Libor) and VAT rates can be entered into the system in advance with the corresponding validity so that you can sit back and relax on the day of the changeover.
    • Decision parameters
      Decision rules as well as creditworthiness and liquidity parameters (e.g. minimum income, household flat rates, etc.) for scorecards can be maintained and adapted.
    • Print forms
      Creation of print forms via integrated output management, which also supports the configuration of print packages and the sending of documents to various channels.
    • Central rights management
      There is a central rights management system for all CMS roles, in which rights are defined, bundled into rights groups and business roles are defined.
    • Layouts
      The solution can be adapted to the customer's CI guidelines using the integrated layout editor.
    • Languages
      The system's language resources can be fully maintained by the financial services provider - not only in German, but also in the form of any display languages in the sense of multi-language capability. To make maintenance easier, we already supply various language templates that can then be adapted by the customer to their terminology and technical jargon.
    • Automated deployment management
      Multi-level system landscape separated into development, test, integration, maintenance and production systems as well as logging of deployment processes;
