Generating the documents
The output engine controls the data flow and receives a data record from an external system in the form of an XML stream with key-value pairs and uses it to control the document template required to generate the document. The dynamic values transferred form the document to be generated, which is passed back to the calling system.
Output channels
In addition to returning the document, there are also options for sending (e-mail, fax, SMS), archiving in external ECM/DMS solutions or feeding print or dispatch lines.
Print packages for each partner
The output engine generates all the documents required for the process (such as offers, contracts, checklists) in the respective versions (customer, bank, dealer). For this purpose, corresponding print packages can be created in their administration, which can then also be addressed via the interface.
Support for language versions
The Output Engine, in combination with the Designer, can create any documents in the required languages by centrally maintaining the language repositories.
