Modern ERP systems for credit and leasing require a comprehensive, up-to-date and homogeneous database to ensure the efficiency of processes and the quality of decisions.

The data catalog offers a powerful object database for the selection and configuration of financing and leasing objects. In the automotive sector, the module group provides a comprehensive data catalog with over 170,000 vehicles and over two million equipment features of all cars available on the German market over the last ten years, including standard and optional equipment. Comprehensive basic data includes not only prices but also the detailed technical data of the vehicle and the established vehicle codes from Deutsche Automobil Treuhand, EurotaxSchwacke, JATO Dynamics, Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt and selected manufacturers.

• Comprehensive object data
  Comprehensive data catalogs for cars, trucks up to 7.5 t and motorcycles for the entire vehicle stock in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Comprehensive basic data
  Comprehensive basic data including prices and insurance classes, detailed technical data of the vehicle as well as standard, special and additional equipment.
• Special data maintenance
  Individual special services for manufacturer banks, such as the maintenance of manufacturer codes, generation codes or model year changes.
• Maintenance of various external codes
  Provision and consolidation of established vehicle codes, e.g. from Deutsche Automobil Treuhand, Schwacke, Autovista Group, JATO Dynamics and Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt.
• Trucks, caravans and motorhomes
  On request, data maintenance for caravans and trailers, municipal and agricultural vehicles, quads, boats or trucks over 7.5 t.
• VIN search
  Automatic configuration of the vehicle including equipment by entering the VIN.
• Customer-centric vehicle selection
  The selection is based on a customer-centric approach. By selecting criteria provided by the customer, the vehicle stock is narrowed down so that only a few hits remain. These objects then correspond 100% to the customer's requirements.

• Structure of object catalogs
  For manufacturers in the equipment finance sector, a detailed selection of the financing object is also of the utmost interest. However, as there is rarely any freely available data here, a corresponding data catalog can be set up freely at a multi-level (main object group, sub-group, type).
• Importing data
  If structured data is available, these problems can be imported into the data catalog via standard APIs. This can be done initially or regularly in the form of automatic synchronization.
• Supported objects
  Our solution supports all common asset classes, such as furniture, kitchens, white goods (e.g. household appliances), brown goods (e.g. consumer electronics), information and communication technology, appliances, machines, medical technology and other capital goods.
• Online maintenance
  Our customers have the option of maintaining the catalog data themselves using maintenance tools provided online.
