Partner management is one of the central functions of the Credit Management System (CMS). Powerful customer relationship management functions are available for this purpose, which map all relationships in real time. The linking of powerful system components to form a holistic information platform allows a 360° view of business partners, such as customers/consumers, banks and their employees, brokers, trading partners and their sales staff, manufacturers, insurance companies or service providers.

The Partner Management module thus forms the basis for the interaction of all CMS processes and procedures by providing all the necessary information: This ensures consistent new customer acquisition, long-term customer loyalty, optimum customer orientation and maximum exploitation of customer potential.

Onboarding, management and control of business partners

  • Search for existing partners
    Convenient, workflow-oriented selection of business partners via defined search parameters and preset filters, e.g. for due activities;
  • Central administration
    Central administration of all business partners (natural and legal persons) with contact, address and master data as well as supporting plausibility checks;

  • Freely definable roles
    Freely definable roles and links for displaying relationships between business partners in relationship trees (1:1, n:1, 1:m, n:m), e.g. borrower units, corporate groups, risk groups with recording of participations and shares;

  • Detailed access control
    Detailed access control to the CMS functions by assigning rights via rights groups and password guidelines;

  • Management of payment transaction accounts
    With our solution, you can manage the payment transaction accounts of your business partners; these can be differentiated, for example, according to payment, commission, subsidy and redemption accounts, mapping of all SEPA requirements;

  • Rating and KYC check of business partners
    Automated rating taking into account qualitative and quantitative criteria (hard and soft facts), integration of external rating engines and credit reports, integrated decision and prolongation management;

  • Activity management
    Activity management for marketing and sales actions, partner-related actions for rating, decision and processing of e.g. credit lines, follow-up and resubmission functionality;

  • Definition of credit lines
    Definition of credit lines, framework conditions and parameters for managing business processes;

  • Central overview of services
    Central overview of all services (offers, applications and contracts) of a business partner;

All users and their role-based access rights are managed centrally, and password assignment is based on the financial service provider's security guidelines.

Efficient activity management

Financial service providers and their partners can initiate and track marketing and sales campaigns for selected target groups. Partner communication as well as credit decisions and processing are also supported.

Up-to-date contract data in combination with additional contact information supports new business and additional cross-selling initiatives.
