Marketing in line with the circular economy

Financial service providers, dealers, manufacturers, importers and car rental companies are interested in marketing used vehicles quickly and easily to resellers in order to free up unnecessarily tied-up capital. The objectives here are transparency, increased earnings, process reliability, flexible selection of the sales channel and ease of use. Only with a fully digital solution can vehicles (leasing returns, stocks of insolvent customers or submitters, etc.) be quickly and successfully returned to the marketing process after the (regular) end of the contract.

The remarketing solution offers extensive functionalities for this purpose, such as processing the previous contract or existing contract (securing and decommissioning the vehicle) as well as processes relating to transportation and logistics (e.g. storage and vehicle cleaning), appraisal, pricing and subsequent sale via the vehicle market or other online exchanges and auctions. Order planning, execution and logging by the providers involved is carried out via interfaces or dedicated access points. This enables a constant process overview including monitoring of the agreed service level agreements (SLAs). As a result, the CMS covers the remarketing processes as well as the adjacent processes of contract expiry and receivables management in a fully integrated solution.

    Automatic or manual transfer of contracts that are about to end or have already ended, including all information relevant for marketing (vehicle details, documentation, partners);
  • VIN query for optimal value determination
    Automated initiation of a VIN query to verify the equipment features instead of manual inspection procedures as well as determination of the estimated market and sales value;

  • Intelligent suggestion of service providers
    Suggestion of carriers, yard logistics providers and appraisers based on defined rules (e.g. depending on region or quota);
  • Pricing and selection of distribution channels
    Pricing and suggestion of optimal distribution channels based on defined rules;

  • Configuration of work steps
    Storage of the work steps and due dates to be carried out by the service providers as a basis for order planning by the provider;
  • Resale
    Sale of the vehicles via the vehicle market or other online exchanges and auctions or renewed transfer to Retail Finance;

Efficient processes

The close interlinking and intensive interaction between the "end of contract" and "marketing" processes enable vehicles to be quickly returned to marketing with a high degree of automation.

Individual process support

The marketing processes (e.g. for lease returns, vehicles in recovery) can be tailored to the financial services provider's workflows. In addition, the financial services provider's partners (e.g. vehicle dealers) also have the option of offering their new and used vehicles to other system users.

For all sales channels

All properties can be offered to approved business partners (e.g. car dealers) via direct sales. Interfaces to online exchanges or auctions also enable broad marketing of the property portfolio.

Interaction of the modules

Integration into the CMS allows leasing or credit offers to be created directly from the managed property portfolio without having to specify the property again. This provides additional and convenient support when marketing these vehicles.
