Fuel and service cards are becoming increasingly popular both in professional fleet management and in the private sector. Financial service providers and dealers are also increasingly offering their own service programs as a customer loyalty tool.

The service card solution offers extensive functions for the automated or manual processing of service or fuel cards for a contract. Service card management supplements the functionalities of contract management in the area of full service management with options for creating, ordering and blocking cards - also automatically in response to special events. A direct connection to the card issuer's interface is possible in order to forward initiated processes (e.g. blocking) digitally throughout.

Complete overview

All cards are stored directly with the associated contract, so that a direct view from the contract to the assigned cards is possible.

Efficient management

Incoming invoices are processed directly with invoice management and can be checked here for contractual conformity.

High degree of automation

The creation, ordering, activation and blocking of cards can be automated using special contract management events. This is controlled via a different card status in each case. Cards can be requested or blocked directly via an interface to the respective card issuer.

High flexibility

A standard interface enables the connection of any card provider.
