  • Acceptance of applications from different channels
    Our solution accepts applications from all channels and classifies them accordingly so that different workflows and review criteria can be assigned to them during subsequent processing.
  • Cockpit and dashboards for ideal control of all activities
    Freely configurable dashboards ensure ideal distribution and control of tasks within the back office. Users are only shown the processes that are relevant to them based on certain criteria (e.g. skills) or have a high priority.

  • Property valuation and discount factors
    In order to validate the financing amount requested by the dealer, property-related information is obtained which determines the current market value and the purchase price so that only the lower amount is ever financed. In addition, special discount factors can be maintained, for example by financing only 90%.
  • Automatic decision-making via stop and knock-out criteria
    An automatic decision on an application is made on the basis of the available data and can be viewed online by the business partners involved. The criteria for the credit decision can be defined by the financial service provider. They can define stop and knock-out criteria, for example if the submitted financing amount deviates too much from the collateral valuation. The system checks all decision rules for the release of the property financing amount within the limits granted.

  • Limit check and nightly reprocessing
    A key criterion for the decision on the financing request is the check of the applicant's limit. Here too, the system also checks overarching limits, such as for specific manufacturers or borrower units.

  • Manual post-decisions
    Decisions that are triggered by the automated process can be post-processed manually. All information is available to the clerk at a glance in order to decide whether the transaction can be concluded.

    The document portal enables the review and, if necessary, correction and adjustment of submitted documents in digital form. Any subsequent claims can be automatically communicated directly to the customer in definable deadlines and handled via the system.

    By using the OCR service, uploaded property invoices can be automatically read and compared with the retailer's data.

  • Logging of decision history
    The decision history is logged precisely and therefore meets the requirements for the traceability of credit decisions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
