The Online Early Termination Management solution is an end-to-end digital solution that enables end customers, dealers and financial service providers to initiate redemption processes for any financing agreements, request redemption offers online and apply for the removal of deposited collateral, regardless of time and location. Intuitive web interfaces offer a high convenience factor.

Simple replacement processes for end customers and dealers

  • Individual maintenance
    Configuration parameters and rules for redemption dates can be maintained individually by the financial service provider. Early repayment penalties and other financing agreements can also be entered.
  • Queries and submissions via digital channels
    End customers or dealers can query redemption amounts and deadlines at any time via the relevant customer or dealer portals. If they wish to submit redemption applications, this can be done conveniently and digitally via the portal.

  • Transfer to new financing application
    Once the redemption offer has been accepted by the end customer, it can be transferred to a new financing application.

  • Security for the previous contract
    If existing financing agreements are redeemed early, the security held for the previous contract (e.g. vehicle registration document) is requested for removal. The solution is automated, so errors are avoided.
