How to get your eCommerce business going

  • Any input channels
    Our digital application route can be served by a wide variety of entry points. These include manufacturer websites of captives, portals, retailer websites or eCommerce stores - The subsequent process essentially differs in terms of the financing products available based on the object or shopping basket submitted.
  • Object entry
    If the object entry or object configuration has not already taken place in external systems, our online sales solution offers integrated object entry. We offer dedicated object catalogs for various objects from the automotive, bicycle, caravan and equipment sectors. Otherwise, the object is transferred via an interface.

  • Calculation of the financing offer
    In order to support the end customer in choosing the financing product and its structure (down payment, term, etc.), the customer is optimally guided through the process. By comparing different terms and down payments, the customer can easily find the right set-up. In addition to the "classic" calculation, we also offer methods to determine the maximum budget and adjust the financing rate accordingly.

  • Recording personal data
    We work with the open banking platform of one of our fintech partners to quickly and efficiently record the data required by the financial services provider for the creditworthiness and liquidity check. Much of the required data is provided by the digital account view - For the remaining data, we offer additional convenience services (address validation, IBAN helper, ID scan, etc.).

  • Online decision
    In online business in particular, it is essential that the decision to accept or reject the financing application is made in real time. To this end, we integrate existing credit decision engines from financial service providers or use our tried-and-tested Intelligent Decision Automation solution, which is already making life easier for many customers.

How to simplify your contract management

  • Generation of contract documents
    After a positive credit decision, the customer is provided with a dynamically generated contract set according to their constellation.

  • Upload additional documents
    If the financial service provider requires additional documents from the customer, they can be uploaded conveniently using drag & drop via an integrated web or app upload. The quality of the document is already checked and enriched with corresponding structural data (type, upload channel, version), so that the subsequent verification or subsequent request effort is minimized.

  • Legitimation
    As the GWG requires the contractual partners or the signing persons to be legitimized, we offer a variety of certified procedures via our solution. In addition to the analogue method (Post-Ident), we also use digital methods (Video-Ident, Ausweis-Ident, Bank-Ident, Auto-Ident) to implement a completely digital process without media discontinuity.

  • Qualified electronic signature
    Once the business partners have been legitimized, the contract can be signed digitally. Depending on the regulatory requirements for the respective transaction, an electronic or qualified electronic signature can be used.
